Hey guys, I don't want to post this in the legal section, but rather here where experts can help me.

I was looking at buying a domain trader script. The first that pops up was Domain Trader 2.1, which is available here at $299: http://www.smartscript.net/

It took me about a week to consider, when I came across another website offer a domain trader script for sale at $39: http://www.zeescripts.com/home/description-2-.html

Take a look at the two demo's:

    Smartscript:
    http://www.smartscript.net/domaintrader/demo/

    Zeescript:
    http://www.zeescripts.com/demos/domainauctionswithparking1/

Now, according to me this is both the very same product. I did some further investigation and found that both scripts even contains the exact file names inside, only the images and style.css that differs.

I can't find anything on DP regarding this, but does anyone know what is going on here?

If they're the same, why not just buy the cheaper one?

I already did buy the cheaper one, but, I am not sure if things are right here, I don't want to start a new site, just to have it shut down in a years' time because I purchased a stolen script.

I just want to know if anyone knew anything about this.

Zeescript, seems really unprofessional, But I am not sure if its really stolen script. Do one thing, compare some files of both scripts and check if they the code is also same. If code is also same then it means that script is surely ripped.

Hey guys, I just spoke telephonically with a person who bought the script and we exchanged some parts of the code of some pages.

    --- All the same.

I dont mind loosing the $39, but I would love to know whose script it is.
