If you want to make Link Exchange, I suggest you the same PR or if you are lucky you get link higher PR than your PR. you can do LE A -> B -> C not A<=>B, first link model is better than second link model. Before you do LE make sure that the sites PR is valid.
That's such a vague list, it's completely useless. I mean really, what is the use of saying 'use viral marketing' - it's not like it's a thing you can sign up to, getting something to go viral is not easy, it takes creativity, planning and the know-how to not waste an opportunity when something potentially viral comes your way.
You said invest there invest here. But that is the money and I believe if money are involved in that it is not easy way at all
Thus far, I feel no matter what, search engine traffic is still the most important. Going by current trend, probably what follows next should be twitter.
