Some Designers needed for an upcoming Design Company

I am a designer. I am a designer in photoshop. I cant do XHTML and stuff but the hard part of designing i can do.
I need 2 People with whom i am going to start a new web designing company - DevBody.(can change the name later)

I need a

• XHTML|CSS Coder who can code valid css xhtml and can alsocode wordpress & joomla
• A PHP coder who can code orders which would involve PHP and stuff

The Design i made was in 1 hour. I know have to improve it considerably but just showed you its the concept and thing forthe site. All designs would be discussed with everyone in the group too.

Money: Money would be distributed among us. Thats why i need to know the hourly rate, because we would adjust the price for the client according to that.

Remember: Whole site designing is ordered more than any of our individual site designing works.

this is the latest thing. I need At Least one guy as an xhtml|css, can get a third party coder for php but an xhtml guys is a must who will be a partner. And i can also get a psd designer as an assistant.
