some deception about new Google minimum limit?

Hi, i'm new to this tread.

Since these limit, a had to bid higher with or without competition.

But i don't know if most abandoned Google because theres is no more ads in my target niche. i lower my bid but never see my ads, i get no more competition from these key words, and my click are really bad since i lower my bid but like i said, why to raise my bid, i don't see competitions.
