    What can I do, I have spoken to my lawyers and they tell me that they will need to contact the site administrator, I made a post yesterday to have it flagged for spamming - J*s*s....

    So I guess the first stage, is get my lawyers to contact the admin of this site? Get the deadbeats details and pin him to the wall with his b**ls

    You can try but be prepared to spend a lot on court fees - I don't think Shawn will hand over anything related to this site without a court order and even then I'm not sure he wouldn't fight it.
