    1. What If I were to be a person who has loads and loads of inventive Website idea's that are ONE OF A KIND, then how could I use this to my profitability?

I would use the idea's myself but I really don't have the skills, confidence, and SEO knowledge to make the site.

The idea's are often one of a kind and very well thought out, but how do you sell an idea?
If you tell the person they will just take off
If you make a site and cannot reveal it then you won't be able to hand it out for a small fee if they use it.

    2. Legal thing: What is the law about talking bad about products? Can a company actually sue you if there was an article on someone's "opinion" on that product?

    You can't copyright an idea.

You can patent a process, but an idea is not a process.

If you have a lot of ideas, it sounds like what you need to do is find a business partner who can implement them. You share the work and then share the profits.
I don't know the laws in Canada - if they are similar to the U.S. you probably do have the right to state your opinion, even if it's negative. In England the law seems to favor the person or company talked about. Just remember that, even if you are in the legal right, you can still be sued and have to spend $$$ to defend yourself in court. Chose your battles.
