When a Credit Card is added to an account, it is impossible to pay from that credit card using paypal again. In order to pay using that credit card you need to remove that credit card from Paypal First and then do the transaction. Use another payment processor to make usage of Credit card like Moneybookers etc
No you cannot instantly do it, but if you have a Payoneer card you can ask your friend to do a private load. Then you can instantly cash out from an ATM.
Well in an alternative to paypal, i'll suggest you to use the moneybookers for your payment transfer. Not as good as paypal but good for you in the situation that you are in. All the best
oki I will tell you one idea. I think that card is added in your clients dad account. so what you do is tell your client to add one vcc in his dads account and remove the cc added in it. then you can add that cc into another account. but make sure that the paypal account is on the same name as on the card. paypal cannot do address verification for indian cards. just name is allowed to match.
use a donation button rather than a buy now button. then it will work no problem... donation buttons dont check for existing paypal accounts, they just take the money
His dad's credit card is probably blocked when he tried adding it into his own account. In any case, perhaps you can sign up for plimus.com and have him pay you via credit card there. You can set it so that Plimus send you the money to your paypal account. This would take place on the 15th of the following month. That probably is your only option now if you don't already have a credit card processor which you are using.
