Hello, I'm a soon-to-be new publisher, I'm still working with/learning more about Expression Web. I'm planning an attempt to create a profitable, content/entertainment driven high traffic website, and I had a few questions regarding CPM advertisement. Note that I'll probably end up using an ad network, and I'd be happy with .40-.60 CPM. With the model I'm looking at, I'm expecting a lot of page views by non-unique users, probably somewhere on a scale of 20-50 page views per user. CPM is based on page views, not unique users, correct? I would assume I could charge a higher CPM rate with more uniques, what would the difference be approximately? If I eventually end up getting a couple million page views per month, will it be difficult to attract large companies, or will it be easier? Is there any way to determine site visitor demographics other than a manual survey? Finally, and this question is more of a sidenote than anything, are there any CPC ad networks which allow incentive clicks?
Could anyone help me? I'd think the majority of posters on this forum, practically anyone with some experience in CPM advertisement, would know the answer. Thanks in advance =)
