Hey all, I looked at the CJ website and did a bit of a search and could not find some info.

    - Is is world wide?
    - How do they pay?
    - Could not find any example ad units
    - What sites does cj work well on? (blogs, forums, etc.)

    thanks guys.

    Hello,

    - Yes it is world wide!
    - Cheque or direct deposit in specific countries?
    - No idea.. Sorry
    - Hmm.. They have a lot of offers so it could work well on any kind of site really?..

    That's just me :)

    Cya,

    1. Yes it's worldwide, BUT some advertisers (like eBay) will auto reject your application if you're not from the 'right place' (aka the USA). e.g eBay Canada don't want to know about me (I'm from Melbourne AU).

    2. Depending on where you are you can get a cheque in your local currency (or USD at worst), or direct deposit (list of countries here).

    3. CJ advertisers have banners, and txt 'ads'. You'll need to sign up with CJ, then click on an advertiser to see just how bad their banners are :)

    4. CJ works well on content sites regarding a specific item. Lots of people are also using PPC with landing pages, or no site at all.

Aha that's what he meant in 3 :)
Btw the 1st one is not right. You can register with any advertiser.. If they auto reject you just contact them.. :/

Then they can reject you again via email for having 'non US' traffic. :)

You're right though, emailing advertisers who auto decline your application is always a good idea - especially if you have a US targeted site, with US traffic.

The majority of the merchants in CJ are US based...from what Ive seen. I think they have divisions all over the world though...
