Do you think those domains have re-sell potential in the future, if you succefully bring some traffic to it? Who possibly will come and buy from you?

 

I think he is saying they are available for register right now, and not taken. Who knows?!?!

 

They maybe are good ones but I don't want to build a site successfully on those domain names and after 1 year got a letter from those celebs asking me to take the site down.

Bill Cosby just won a domain name FatAlbert . Remember there's UN arbitration. Unles your name is Nissan (see Nissan domain dispute), registering domain on real ppl name is not a good idea IMHO

 

Agreed totally, that would be the case. End up losing every penny spent.

 

If you want to show you are good, try to find some generic domain names...
