    Hello,

    on http://www.1up-seo.com/effective-working-amazonhunter-and-adwords-tips-and-tricks

i blogged a bit about trademarked terms using adwords. I was referring to my work with Amazonhunter - but the tips in my blog also apply for working with Adwords in general.

This is mainly since i work with some ads using "Sony", "Apple" (Apple ?!??!?!? :) which are tradmarked and cannot be used in the headline of an Ad.....but certainly can be used as keywords itself. So it's fine to use "Sony VGN-FE48M" as keyword in your AW campaign. The trademarked terms (like "Sony", "Vaio", "Ibook" etc..etc..) just need to be stripped from the Ad headline.

Maybe some will find that useful to know, most probably already know.

    Cheers,

    Georg.

Btw. how Apple managed it to TM "Apple".... makes me wonder...
