Some advice

    i`m after a bit of advice

    i just found on ebay some one selling a myspace script

    that is not the issue

    the issue is he is using images of my website and links to my website

    with this text in the listing

    any ideas what i can do

    Contact ebay to take it down

    then contact the author

    Is he hotlinking? If so, change the location of the real images and put ones up at the old urls that say something like "This image was stolen from *urlname*".

    And if you are not actively seo-ing the pages he's linking to, do the same there.

    If he already has a bid, he wont be able to change auction, just take it down.

    Switching the image out with one that is objectionable for that type of content usually gets things changed in a hurry.

    Kemus has probably the best solution ... put up this is stolen then contact ebay ASAP
