    Hello all,
Okay, I have struck somewhat of a predicament with someone trying to file a claim. Basically, I sold some gig tickets on ebay for £135, and sent them via royal mail signed for delivery. They were sent last monday (first class signed for), the gig was last friday, and the tickets still have not arrived.
I have a reciept, tracking number and proof of delivery, however this buyer still seems adament to claim her money back from me.
Will I loose the claim, and have to send her a refund, even if I have proof of posting?

That's ultimately up to PayPal, but if you have proof of delivery, I would fax or email a scanned copy right away.

    Yes, I think that's a good idea.
    Thanks for your input!

Good luck. Even with proof of delivery, they may find against you anyway (that's just PayPal). Respond quickly.

If the tickets did not arrive in time, you are stuck with refunding.
At least that is what you said above.

Now if they got the tickets in time, and just did not use them, say so.

Does your postal service have any record of this information?

Na, they didn't get there in time...infact they still haven't arrived.
The postal service has the tracking number of the letter...and so do I. But, you can only track when it ahs been delivered?! Which seems somewhat odd.
