Some advice regarding my website please!!!

    Hello all DP members,

    I am planning to create my own website to sell second hand stuff. All the stuff are apparel.

    My questions here are:

    - What is the thing that I need to concern about before I start the website?
    - What is the legal issue that I have to take care?
    - Which is the best hosting company I can use?
    - I am outside The US, which merchant account provider and shopping cart are suitable for me? (personally I DO NOT prefer paypal)
    - I don't know anything about creating a new website. So, which net builder is easy + inexpensive for me as a beginner?

    I really need some advice from all of you. I appreciate your suggestions...

    My suggestions are as below:
    1) Use 2checkout.com as you payment getaway
    2) For your last question, I prefer you setup wordpress blog as Wordpress has a lot free plugin that you can use.
    3) For hosting, please hostgator.com (not sure the spelling correct or not)

    process to create a site very easy:
    - Design and coder siate localhost
    - buy a domain and hosting
    - marketing for your site
    don't use free hosting because effect to speed access to site

    Cool so it will be an online thrift store. The only legal issues would be keeping track of all your expenses and revenue for tax purposes. As said above Hostgator will do well for hosting and 2checkout.com for payments.

    You need to have a really constant and reliable supplier for the 2nd hand stock.

    - What is the legal issue that I have to take care?
    Make sure that the supplier stock is legal and its not stolen item.

    - Which is the best hosting company I can use?
    Its depend on your targeted country,if its US,use an US hosting company.
