some advice on auctioning on sedo ?

I had a question regarding sedo auctions.

If any of you are familiar with sedo auctions, there are two kinds that you can pay for. One is a category showcase for $9. Another is a featured listing for $39.

I was wondering if doing a featured listing is really worth paying that much more than a showcase listing?

Sell at a realistic price that'll have much more effect than a fancy listing.

 

The featured listing can make your site visible to lot of domainers but it costs near the value of this service you understand that you will get back nothing
Also i believe sedo downgraded their home feature listing
They moved the showcase column to the left even they know that the right column is what gets the attention of people
Now there you can see the auctioned domains

 

At sedo u cant do anithing without promotion. I had a domain there for over 3 months.
When I paid promotion for it , I sold it in 1 week.

So dont be cheap with it

 

Just to add that promotion is not a guarantee
There are many times where even if you pay $69 for home featured to all the branches of sedo still not get you a sale

 

Domain was obviously realistically priced.
