Some advice on ad layout

Generally speaking I'm pretty clever with ad layouts, but one of my throw away sites has been seeing an incredible amount of traffic lately, and I'd like to put it to better use.

The domain is www.prntscrn.net. After you upload an image you will see a page titled display.php. I know there is a lot that could be done to improve the ad layout of this page, but this page isn't important as it is almost never seen. 99% of the images hosted are uploaded by my screenshot software, so the only page of an importance is img.php - which you can access by clicking the thumbnail of the image you uploaded.

You can see an example of something someone uploaded here
    http://www.prntscrn.net/img.php?img=UT2007_01.jpg

I won't use popups, popunders, or tracking cookies to increase the sites income as it would more than irritate the sites core audience.

This site sees anywhere from 6K to 20K uniques, and around 250K images are displayed a day, yet my CTR falls below .1% most days.

    Your advice is appreciated.
