I'm working on a site that will feature real-estate properties for sale all over North America. I want the front page to show a map of the region, and allow users to select a state/province where they wish to check out properties. I also need users to be able to register and make a profile. These users should be manually upgradeable to brokers, who can list properties on the site. Users should also be able to place bids or buy properties from brokers. There will be little discussion between parties so forum software won't do the job. What platform would be best for this?
