They're alphabetical and not ranked :-(. Your blog post says it's "a list of the best solo ads vendors which we’ve compiled based on our research on their effectiveness, pricing, and reliability", yet there is no research data provided with the post.
Definitely a good effort, but in my opinion the BEST solo ad data will always be derived from your own statistics. Still, always good to compare notes hehe. PS: I agree that DATA is a massive selling point... Maybe buy a few test solos then report your opt-in rate? Now that would be cool.
