As I warned back in Feb 2008..
There have been allegations of security breaches (either by insiders or "Chinese" hackers) where credit card details have been stolen from Solid Trust Pay for the last six months (http://www.scam.com/showthread.php?t=116178 ).

Now they have been forced to tell the truth because a hacker posted a partial copy of the hacked database with sensitive customer information to the web (the file was posted as stphack.txt):

    http://www.solidtrustnews.com/?p=143 Posted August 24, 2009 7:29 pm:

Clearly the term PCI DSS is thought to be some kind of hostile government agency to these kinds of fly by night trash ewallets pushed here on the forums, that are here one year gone the next.

And between the time they appear and the time they leave for the great ewallet graveyard in the sky they steal your money and compromise your credit card and personal information.

There are worthy competitors to Paypal like Moneybookers but negligent trash like Solid Trustpay are not it.

And on their way along with solidtrustpay.com to the great ewallet graveyard in the sky:

    strictpay.com
    ecumoney.com
    perfectmoney.com

    Why?

These sites are shown as a payment option for www.cashtanker.com. It's as simple as that.

Any ewallet allowing themselves to be used by such blatant scams is on an express elevator to hell.

cashtanker.com is a transparent scam site. I am not sure what is the most offensive about it --

    1) its attempt at affinity scamming (in this case Christians)
    or
    2) its offering of such ridiculous returns without risk that it is obviously a ponzi scam (as all these so called HYIP "games" "programs" "investments" "autosurfs", etc, are),

It is so blatant in fact that I wonder if it is actually a "sting" site setup by the FBI to lure the bottom feeding ewallets for later take down.

For posterity here are some of their false claims. What kind of idiots fall for this kind of garbage.? :

P.S. I was shocked not to find hoopay.com on there as well as a payment option

But I guess despite their shameless spamming of the boards here and in other places looking for "HYIP business" they couldn't even stay in operation for more than 6 months to get even that level of bottom feeding business.

    A final word on Hoopay.

As regular readers here know I have no patience for hucksters like them

Who are they kidding with their recent "Malicious Attack Mitigated" message?

They can't even be bothered to make up their own lies about why they are about to run with the money.

Instead they lazily just steal Solidtrustpay's announcement word for word.

    Exhibit A:
    http://blog.hoopay.com/2009/09/hoopay.html

Hmm. Looks a bit familiar doesnt it? --

    Exhibit B:

That's because Hoopay have lazily ripped it off.

You know the old saying "Good Artists Copy. Great Artists Steal."

Well I guess this makes Hoopay great artists. Con artists..
