Solid Trust Pay

    Solid Trust Pay are witholding €3658 of my earnings, even though they say they are processing withdrawals, nothing is happening to my account. They have physically stolen my money. Does anyone have an idea how to contact these rogues? I have submitted tickets and spen hours and lots of cash trying to phone the number on their site already. Is there an ombudsman for these processors?

    Forgot the money...My advice would be avoid using e-wallet currencys....

    Did they ask for some additional documents from you? STP is strict with verification procedures and anti-spam attempts (unlike Liberty Reserve) and I personally like it. You should contact their customer support and ask why they are not allowing you to withdraw.

    Everything was running fine until they lose their servers. I have been with them 6 years already. There is no way to contact their customer support.

    Always one.... The point is. STP have 4 grand of my money, not migrate, what's the point of bloody migrating. If anyone has a working phone number to STP please let me know. $100 reward

    What do you mean they lost their server.. Lost all financial data. What is PCI doing? Report it to PCI. Isn't there some guv agency like IRS in UK?

    Alas... as much as I really wanted to give my hard earned money away it seems God, or some other Power Greater than me, intervened, whilst I was asleep. The majority of my funds seem to have gone from 'pending' to 'done'... Thank you Spindizy for your welcomed help

    I am no longer in the UK, Thank God. I have moved to the South of France. There aren't any goverments in my life anymore. I am totally free of all that garbage. Thanks Bellc... :)

    Seems the issue has been resolved, will wait for funds to reach my bank account in the next few days and let you all know... Happy G

    Yes, at the end of the day it all comes down to fear and impatience perhaps. I have put my whole life in the hands of a Higher Power and Faith but still the 'Human' side kicks in and causes confusion and frustration...

    I walked out of my 'Home' in March, to prove that I could live the life of my dreams with just a laptop and camper-van. I am 1000's of miles away now, in the South of France, living Life Beyond My Wildest Dreams and doing things I have always wanted to do...

    Thank God indeed....!!
