Hey, Could someone give me some advice on how to reach the #1 SERP for the term 'signature generator' my site is at the bottom of this: http://wimg.co.uk/Q6i.png and the three sites above it are my main competitors. I appreciate any help. I am still very new to this. Thanks.
I checked that SERP and sites. Neither of you, not your competitors nor you have any kind of content on your site. Tune it a little bit, see what happens. There is planty of room to manage that. The second one should be quite easy to outrank, but the first one has over 100 times more backlinks than you. It takes a long time to outrank that. Also, I'd put a meta description on place. It probably doesn't make any difference on rankings, but you can easilly make you SERP listing more tempting and get more clicks through that. See the first one on the list. That's something what I mean. Be careful that you don't over optimize your content. You have your primary keyword twise in your title-tag. It probably doesn't matter if you DON'T mess with the content too much. I'd recomend some changes, to make your title-tag to contain your keyword only once like "Free Signature Generator For Your Email" and "Free Signature Generator For MSN" and so on. All of the top five sites are pretty good, so I'd say this listing may change very quickly.
