Solid Search Engine with Cheap PPC

    I read somewhere that there are some good search engines that offer very reasonable PPC. Is there any good ones, or decent ones just to get traffic up, that someone could recommend? I am looking to drive traffic to a site that Google PPC is out of control.

    if you can avoid the google slap, you should be fine on Google PPC
