This site requires absolutely no work (set it and forget it) I check on it once a month! Of course any work you do will only increase revenue but you can buy this site now and get to it when you have time and not need to worry about letting it sit. It'll still earn revenue! It also requires little to no bandwidth. It is a simple 1 page cash machine. All ad revenue no selling anything.

Revenue
The site revenue is pure adsense. You could probably earn more by simply adding popunders or additional CPM banners. People that visit this page are only looking for the download and the information it contains so I doubt adding popunders will affect it at all.

About this site
The site is an information/download site for FlyAKiteOSX. It is a transformation pack for Windows that basically makes Windows look like MAC. It is far and beyond THE most popular software of it's kind hands down.

The site gets it's normal daily traffic mainly from Google and other SEs for ANY search containing the term flyakiteosx. I am NOT the creator of the flyakiteOSX software. I just own the domain name. FlyAkiteOSX is free software. The owner DOES know about the site and in fact had a link to my site as a direct download resource until early this month. He removed the link from his download section when he found out I was redirecting his link to my homepage instead of a download section so I'd get clicks on my ads before they download. I do not host the download on my site rather I use the same download mirrors he does on his site so you don't suffer the cost of bandwidth for the downloads. But just in case you wanted to know, when I hosted the download during the September traffic spike it consumed just over 80 GB bandwidth.

People prefer this site becuase it's direct and to the point and they bookmark it. The actual site of the software creator is clunky and loads horribly slow. (osx.portraitofakite.com)

SITE VALUE
Right now since I want to sell this I am going to start bidding at 10x this months (unfinished) revenue. Don't mistake that for desperation. I know darn well how easy it would be to increase traffic on this site by simply searching google for flyakiteosx and leaving (constructive) comments in blogs. That is exactly how I got the revenue spike in September. You could also just add a few pages to the site to increase pageviews with a different design. It's just too easy to make money with this site and I won't just give it away.

It's has also been great at driving traffic to my other sites. For those reasons I respectfully reject all lowball/backup offers in advance.
