Solid Myspace Resource Site With Income!

I have a PR 4 myspace resource site www.onlymyspace.net the site recieves good traffic with over 80% of it coming from search engines. Currently the site ranks in Google for around a dozen keywords. The site has an Alexa traffic ranking of 436,000 and recieves around 800,000 page views per month.

The site currently generates around $400 per month which comes from YPN ads and 1 popup ad from kanoodle again this is mostly search engine traffic if someone was to promote this site on myspace theirself and do more link exchanges this site could easily earn $1000 a month.

The site is designed with a Content Management System for adding layouts, graphics ect and the sites design uses PHP includes and a CSS design which makes it super easy to manage and change its look and feel. I have also added an additional Myspace layout stealer script to the site.

The winning bidder will get the domain name, all scripts, graphics, and database. Winner must install the website themself on their own web hosting provider. Payment will be made by PayPal ONLY.

I want to see ref stats. Keywords specifically.

Also, showing me a check cleared from yahoo doesn't tell me anyting about how much revenue YOUR site made. I don't see how that tinly yahoo link in the top makes much revenue but im curious.

 

Site is down. If its possible to see revenue for last 2 months please.

 

What happened to that first 600 dollar bid on webmaster-talk?

 

How can you sell me a permanent link on this site when its already up for sale?

Well first it aint sold yet so I can still do what I want with it and second I will do like I see many other webmasters do and inform the new owner that your link is a paid perminent link and must remain up. Also you have not bought any link yet so if it is an issue to you just dont buy it yet wait till its sold and contact the new owner its no big deal to me either way.

 

Actually it does cause that was the check I got from them last month. And if you look in the left menu column there is a large ad running down the side.

 

He sent me a PM withdrawing that bid and then rebid for $500 as he was going to need the extra $100 to have the scripts and database installed by a programer. So that now makes virtualkev top bidder.

 

Here are the links to the referal and search stats, note that these are the stats just for October as during the month of September my host had issues with Awstats and I cannot get specific reports for that month but this should give you a general idea of where my traffic comes from and what percentages. As you will see most of it is search engine traffic. I may be able to get the specific stats from August I post them as well if I can get them from my host.

Site is back up again sorry I only have the Sept payment from Yahoo as I did not start running any YPN ads on the site until the last week of July.

Ok all since there alot of questions but only a couple of bids I am going to end the auction today Oct. 8th at midnight centeral time U.S. so if you are interested make sure to place your bids current highest bid is $600

Bandwidth is quite high. 400 gig per month. There must be a lot of people using those layouts.

What type of server is the site running on and how mush is that costing you?
