Rules Solicitations and Announcements Rules?

A few months back Creed made this post in the directory announcements, sawz replied that “BST Rules apply here.”

Is this still the case or are reported posts ignored?

    Thanks Brian

Thanks Guys, I reported a few and wondered if you were all too busy or the rules had changed.

    Thanks Brian

Is it possible to get the rule added to the Description when creating a new thread in that section? It might (I have my doubts) help to reduce the number of threads started by those who do not meet the requirements. The rule is not very visible and I'm sure that the majority do not read the stickies.

<added>Does this posting restriction apply to just starting threads, or does it apply to posting in that forum in general? If it's overall, can the admin change the settings so that those who do not meet the requirements can't post there? it'll put an end to the threads and reports. ;)</added>

Sometimes it takes little bit more time to go through all reported posts. But don't worry as we are trying our level best.

Is there a setting that can be changed so that members who do not meet the guidelines can't post in this section? Seems this would eliminate the reported threads and having to remove them.

I believe that Shawn could do this by changing user permission; it would certainly save Mods time.

    Thanks Brian
