Sole Proprietorship and Age Requirements?

Hi, so I have filled out an application with my state to license a company, in addition to registering the companies EIN. However, I am still under 18. My question is, because the sole proprietorship EIN is under me, being under 18, would I be allowed to sign up for networks that require age 18+? I know this sounds like a stupid question, but I am assuming that registering a company must have additional benefits, some hopefully being relinquishing my age problem. Thanks!

The last time I signed up for sole proprietorship, I used my SSN, but never got an EIN.

What do you mean by "networks"?

by networks I mean various CPA and advertising networks. Normally with my SSN I couldn't legally sign up for networks that require 18+, but with an sole proprietor EIN i was hoping that I would be able to.

A Sole Proprietorship legally has no separate existence from its owner - i.e. you already were a sole proprietor before you obtained a business license. An EIN isn't going to change your legal or tax status. You would need to form an LLC or incorporate to create a new entity.

One of the reasons these networks won't let you sign up if you are under 18 is that you can't legally enter into a contractual agreement. If you sign a contract with them, there is now way they can enforce it.
