    I have good news and bad news. First the good news, you can do it if you use an exchange service. The bad news is that they do not do it for free.
    I suggest that you go with Pay Exchanger. They charge $10 U.S. per transaction.

    Find some forex or money exchange forums and see if there is anyone who can accept the payment through webmoney and transfer to paypal.
