Sold My Site - Buyers not that satisfied

I have a question, but let me explain first.

I sold my blog about 3 weeks ago. We used Escrow.com for the deal. I explained how much the blog made and allowed him to login to see traffic stats and showed earnings, etc. I Helped him set up everything with my affiliates and showed him around the admin panel along with features.

With the website, I sold two really good domains that I used for two big companies. These domains were almost identical to the big affiliates domains, such as monster learning. A lot of the money I made came from them, and I explained that to him.

Ever since I sold all of this, the only thing he has done with the site is monetize it. That's it! I wrote a new article everyday when I owned it. Anyway, he contacted me today saying how much it has earned so far, and it was very very low. No where close to how much it made me. He didn't seem that upset, he seemed more like he wanted advice. So my question is, Can he somehow get his money back through escrow/me as an un-satisfied buyer? I feel stupid asking, but I'm not that familiar with escrow.com

I was hustlin' when I had that site. He's not doing anything, but he says traffic is the same.

If traffic is the same then i'd recomend telling him to write new content often as you were doing, as that must have been what was getting you the money.

Not sure if there is a way to give money back or whatever with them, never been in that situation before.

Do you even want the site back?

No I don't want the site back. I want to keep my money. I've already spent a lot o.o

Of course writing articles helps. I'd write sponsored reviews from individuals as well as reviews for affiliate sign ups. I was working day and night. I guess he figured it would make him $800 a month by just sitting there. I'm just slightly worried that he could complain to escrow or something saying that the website wasn't what I said it to be.

Oh right, I thought you were wondering if you could give him the money back and get the site back.

    I understand now :)

Oh also, check this and this out from their FAQ.

ohhh. well hm. Our inspection period was about 3 days. The last step that Escrow does is release funds to me. This is after the inspection period.

So after that it must be a done deal and I have nothing to worry about
