I just sold a website and domain on here and now I need to transfer the domain from my host (luckyregister) to my customers (Godaddy).

Ive had a customer with godaddy before, and they had to initiate the transfer FROM godaddy first. I unlocked my domain, but my customer nor I are sure how to get the transfer started.

Can someone give us some help asap?

You need to obtain the EPP code for the domain from luckyregister. If it's not available in the interface somewhere, you may need to contact their support. Once you have that, the customer should initiate the transfer from GoDaddy (they will ask for the EPP code at some point during the checkout process). After the transfer is paid for, GoDaddy will send emails to the domain contacts to verify the transfer, so be sure those are up to date at luckyregister before beginning the transfer. In some cases, the losing registrar will send a verification email to help speed up the transfer process, but most of the time, you'll need to wait 5 days for the process to complete.
