Sold a site

I sold a website back on the 4th of April for 150 dollars. I gave the guy all the transfer info he needed. I did my part. But the next day I get on and my paypal has had the money frozen for review. The guy ended up filing a fraud report against me and had his bank say he never authorized the transaction when he sure as heck did since I have the messages to prove it all.

Today paypal gave the guy his money up. I called to complain and they told me that I just need to file a lawsuit against the guy. I am not really in the mood to file a lawsuit for 150 dollars so is there anything else I could do?

It's a 'thing' nowadays. Lots of theivery going on lately. Use Escrow next time. You can file with the FBI in my signature too.

File a lawsuit mate... your in the right.. remember..

    Im not a lawyer.. but.

Yes it will cost you to hire one of those guys out and for all the process..
But you will win.. and when you win he will pay more than 150 dollars including all the administration charges for fraud and theft.
Not only will he pay charges.. but if you get in there nicely you might get some more out of him including compensation.
