    Violations of this policy by a seller may result in a range of actions, including:

    * Listing cancellation
    * Limits on account privileges
    * Account suspension
    * Forfeit of eBay fees on cancelled listings
    * Selling fee schedule adjustments
    * Loss of PowerSeller status
    * Referral to Law Enforcement

    That would only be enforced if you scam somebody, and don't give them a refund.

    This is probably the strangest thread I've ever seen. Usually it takes a few days before something gets sold on Ebay which means you had enough time to make up your mind. Sure you can refund him and not give him the domain but that will only show that people shouldn't trust you. Why sell something you don't want to sell to begin with?
