I have just purchased a new "Solar" domain SolarGroup.com I think its a great name for a new solar company and the phrase "Solar Group" returns 1,720,000 results in Google. A few companies on the first few pages of Google with the words "SolarGroup" in their name as well TheSolarGroup.com GreenSolarGroup.com NorthernRiversSolarGroup.com.au NationalSolarGroup.com.au SolarGroup.com.au PatriotSolarGroup.com NorthwestSolarGroup.org WKSolarGroup.com RossSolarGroup.com SkySolarGroup.com AMPSolarGroup.com SuccessSolarGroup.org CanadaSolarGroup.com BlandSolarGroup.com EuroSolarGroup.com CarolinaSolarGroup.com BlueskySolarGroup.com TGISolarGroup.com SavingEnergySolarGroup.com SunshineSolarGroup.com SLG.co.nz Any comments are really appreciated Thanks all
Looks like you've done your research on the name. I would suggest contacting these companies to see if there's any interest. Appraisal could easily be $XXX but depends on how much these companies want the name. If I was owner of TheSolarGroup.com, for instance, or SolarGroup.com.au, I would take a serious look at your name to add to my business.
I have done that already Rob.d, I'm negotiating with 2 of them as we speak. One doesn't seem that keen to pay my price, the other one is very interested and will get back to me. Will keep you updated if it develops into anything
