If you go on Google now and search Solar Power for Homes (and I am sure many other related keywords) it's the SAME person that is taking up all 10 ads... well actually 8 because the other 2 ads sell the actual Solar Panels...

I think either you are wrong, the ads were zone targetted to just your region (where you live), or may have been shut down because these were my results-

Hmm interesting, i have a campaign running on this niche and I've seen any problems at all, I man, my main customer base searches between 7.00 Am and 11:00 Pm so no problem, European clients might be the ones that search at that time for us her in the US.

 

I remember similar thing happening for Rintones CPA offers few months back.
