    for sale here is a unique blog with revenue, for a steal!

    The site is DiySolarPower.org,which is a killer domain name. this site ranks on the first page on all search engines for that keyword phrase as well.

    100% unique content. site was a static html site, but recently switched to wordpress.

    site made $135 in August, and $148 in July. income and traffic remain consistent.

    site has numerous articles across different directories pointing to it as well.

    *and the marketplace data thing here is wrong, there are much more than 5 backlinks! :D *

    Im just tired of Clickbank so im selling all my clickbank sites.

    bidding starts at $450, increments of $20, with a BIN of $700, which is only 5x revenue.

    ill list this on flippa for 10x revenue if i dont get a buyer here. Im just looking for a quick and easy sale.

    and TechPreneur, ill try to be a bit more clear..
    im selling all of my affiliate sites promoting clickbank products, as im leaning more towards cpa type offers and physical product promotion. i just dont think there are enough quality products. i still have clickbank affiliate sites, so im selling them. if i continue with clickbank ill do it as a publisher, not an affiliate.

    but this is nothing to concern a buyer. has nothing to do with site or any problems or anything.

    hope this clears things up a bit.

    traffic is all organic. i don't use paid traffic.

    also, no specific plugin is used. its a wordpress blog with a hand written homepage by me.
