Approving leads is an every day task during advertising, furthermore what we did was completing company profiles by checking if they filled in all the information. Sometimes we would have to upload the logo ourselves, because new company registrations didn't include the company logo every now and then.

Furthermore, we ran an AdWords campaign generating solar panel customer leads and did mailings for all known solar panel companies in Mexico. We aimed at getting partnerships with large institutions for renewable energy. Of course we also used common link building tactics.

The website has been open for 2 years.

Realistically the website is worth a lot less if there are no visitors and no income. In terms of potential, I believe since it's a lead generator activities still has be carried out by the buyer (which is the marketing plan to bring together the buyers and sellers, although we can give a few hints).
