Last month i visit this site and check the 700,000 directory submission. And i give a try to their service, but payment sent, with no reply email and update. Try to send several email them them, but none of them get reply. Try to get refund but not succeed... Live chat not online at all. Not reply email at all. No Service provide at All. Did you try calling their number? If I were I would also send them a link to your post at this forum Probably it would motivate them either give you a refund or provide the services you paid for
