    www.softwareforbusiness.net

I started this site a few months ago and really don't have the funds to develop it and I'm moving away from this arena for more stable means, so I'm selling a few of my sites, this being the first in a series.

The site has 6 software niche categories all with ample monthly overture searches and each category has 4 articles within, so that's 24 articles. They are all original by a quality writer and you won't find them anywhere else. No duplicate content here folks.

Each category also has numerous backlinks with the corresponding anchor text as I submitted an extra article for each category to Ezinearticles. Therfore I paid originally for 30 articles.

The site has a nice, clean design and is fully SEO'd in every way for each category.

As the site is new and I haven't done much promotion there is very little traffic - none worth mentioning, therfore the site is currently earning nothing.

The site is perfect for monetizing for AdSense and is ripe for development.

The highest bid @ 16:00 GMT on Saturday wins.

    Payment by PayPal.

    Best of luck,

    Pete

so theres no actual software its just articles?

were you planning on trying to sell software with it through affiliate sales etc?

Can you point me in the right direction to follow on to what you were planning on doing with it?

The reason I built the site was because of the high CPC prices of software such as accounting software etc on PPC networks.

The site is designed purely for adding articles that describe the features and benefits of using <said software> thus ensuring a high conversion rate for advertisers when a visitor clicks on an advert.

Of course, removing AdSense or using it in conjunction with affiliate schemes for various software packages is another good option.

Hi Dread, sorry I should of noted a reserve price really.

Given the site has 30 original articles gone in to it I'm looking for at least $250 as a reserve to cover the cost of those and the development so far.

    Hi Peter,

If I can re-assure you, I have sold 2 web sites through Digital Point, both smooth sales.

The first was a pregnancy site for £2,800 quite a while back and the second a health one last month (h**p://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=44038&highlight=healthandfinesse.com) for £1,700. I'm sure both buyers would vouch for me if needed.

The red rating certainly doesn't reflect my attitude when it comes to buying/selling services or web sites.

I'm now looking for a BIN @ $250 as the auction has already over run. The first to PM me gets the site plus the extra articles that I used to submit to article banks.

Ok I'll set the deadline to 20:00 GMT tonight for bidding and I'll accept the highest bid if no-one jumps in with the $250 before hand.

$85 up to now it is.

The main value in the site is the 24 original articles (absolutely no duplicate content), with 6 extra articles submitted to the article banks - 1 for each category which are building links with the correct anchor texts linking back to the corresponding category index.

I'll be happy to re-coup the $150 spent on the articles but I'll accept whatever it ends on tonight.

    Cheers,

    Pete
