Software to track pages across all websites in SE's?

    Hi Guys,

    I am looking at a software that will track pages across all SE's along with backlinks on them too.

    Server-side would be awesome.

    I have used Site Page Tracker but there are too many bugs for me to handle.

    Is there any other ? Server Side software PLEASE :)
