Can anyone point me in the right direction to some software that allows me to display different advertisements onsite, dependant on the geographical location of the users IP? For example, I'd like to display Adsense to a European user, but perhaps an affiliate ad to all users with US IP addresses. Is there a fairly simple way of doing this?

you need to check the user's ip to see from where he is coming (maxmind offers free geoip database) and then to display appropriate ads.
adk2 is the right solution for you. With adk2 you can set certain campaigns (or networks) to show on certain site to certain countries while other campaigns (or networks) will show on the same spot but to differetn geos.
