Software to remove duplicated keywords

Hi i have two lists of keywords about 200 each. I want to remove keywords which are on both lists (duplicated) and use the left over keywords. It would take too long if done manually, so i was wondering if anyone knows of any software or website which allows me to do this.

you can also use latest version of excel. It has an option to delete duplicates.

Just import your list and copy/paste the unique keywords.

 

I agree with using adwords editor - no cop/paste needed, just go to Tools and the first option is 'Find duplicate keywords' - you also get a lot of useful options to filter the results. Then delete the ones you don't want and Upload - as the meerkat says "Simples"
