software to modify text in pre-made header

    Anyone know an easy to use software to modify text in pre-made headers for websites (other than Adobe Photoshop)? I just tried Ulead Photoimpact, but I cac't figure out how to delete existing text and replace it with new text in headers - anyone know the steps to do this ?

    how can someone be stupid enough to think that if you take a picture with your photocamera you will be able to just delete some trees, people, buildings and see what was beneath them...

    @jamuna: If you don't think so then please tell everybody exactly what you want! With examples.
