Software to handling Social Networking accounts

    Hello friends can you tell me that I want a software where I can open all my social networking sites account within that and handle that. If these type of software you knows please share with me.

    There is a site called hootsuite where you can manage multiple social netwroking accounts. Didn't know about any software.

    ping.fm is site where you can post your updates to multiple social networking accounts

    just do not trust software to do so. you wont get good result you want.
