Software to handle all Pay Per Click

Hi, Please can someone help me.

When handling many Adwords accounts I find that the web browser takes too long to open with our slow internet connection and the Editor is limiting. Also there are no decent reports to give to clients.

Does anyone know of software that we can use to manage Adwords as a priority. If its got access to other PPC that would be great.
