Software to find PR5+ dofollow backlinks?

I've little experience in the whole SEO area and was wondering if someone could tell me if I can get a good piece of software that will find high quality PR5+ blogs that I can use for backlinks? Thanks, this would save me lots of time.

I checked their website today, it is was all heavy marketing material landing page. Has anyone used this tool? Does it differentiate do follow links ?

 

I can't find any list of blogs there. It is a sales page.
