Software to Convert MPEG-1 to FLV, add watermark and compress

    I'm looking a software which can convert MPEG-1 to FLV and add watermark during conversion.

    I'm also concerned about the size of output file, so good compression features is a must.

    Please suggest me such a software which completes all the above mentioned tasks within minimum time.

    well, i have 2 useful programs installed to my computer to deal with such tasks :)
    first step: video --> flv - FlashConv (www.flashconv.com/FlashConv)
    second step: adding a watermark - VidLogo (geovid.com/VidLogo)
    thus, the boring action is as easy as piead :)
