    is there a software I can use to easily add a logo on MP4 videos "on-the-fly" without having to edit and re-sample them?

    The most basic software to do this would probably be Windows Movie Maker to be honest. Adobe After Effects would be the best but its an expensive software and I doubt you'll know how to use it.

    Another option is to do it online without using a service called http://vidlogo.com
    You can do it for free with some file size limitation
