I have tried LOADS of different custmer management softwares, employee management etc, both paid and free, but now i purchased ACT 8 by Sage. its brilliant, id highly recommend it.

no, it can't track trouble tickets. neither can sage.
If you're looking for support software, buy Kayako. But if you want ACT, quickbooks is a better and more commonly used investment with more features
