    Simple software code needed

    1) A site where I can upload my video.
    2) Type into a field the name of my dot com
    3) Upload a 50 pix x 50 pix logo
    4) download a new copy of my video that brands the video with the logo 100% of the time.
    5) Every 5 seconds - my typed dot dom flashes unto the screen for 3 seconds

    6) upload x.vid - comes out xbranded.vid

    I need this done asap.
