    Is there any good online resources for reviewing software licensing? More so, for protecting a business, is there any software license template packs?

    Just so I am clear...you have software you wish to license?

    Personally, I'd just start looking at the licenses that comes with the software you already own. It can be an eye opener.

    It is amazing what some lawyers think up when they create a license...have a read and get a good laugh. You'll be able to see who has been burned in the past by what.

    I remember there's a paid tool to a output license. sorry that I lost the url..

    Well, we have to open source products now, right now they are released under the GPL License but I imagine there are alternatives even more so custom ones.
