Software for virtual talking person

    I'm looking into adding that to my html website.

    Example is like this talking guy from the right bottom corner:

    All i could find is the companies offering that service for a monthly fee.I was wondering if there is a software that i can buy and create on my own.

    Try sourceforge.net.
    They have a truckload of opensource software.
